1. General terms
A reward may be credited to the person who invites new users (hereinafter referred to as the Inviter) after the new user (hereinafter referred to as the Invitee) has successfully completed a transfer of at least the amount stipulated in this document, in accordance with the general Profee Terms and Conditions.
The Inviter may participate in the Profee Referral Program and benefit from it by sharing their unique referral link or code available in their personal account.
Profee Referral Program rewards may differ based on the country that the Invitee is sending money to and from.
2. Specific terms
The Invitee needs to transfer 400 EUR (or the equivalent in the national currency of the Invitee’s residence country) or more with Profee within 30 days after creating a Profee account via the Inviter's link or code.
As soon as the Invitee sends 400 EUR or more with Profee, Inviter becomes eligible for the respective rewards.
The reward is credited to the Inviter only after the Invitee has sent at least 400 EUR and only if all the requirements of the Profee Referral Program are met:
- the Invitee’s name and surname does not match those of the Inviter;
- only transfers made to recipients other than the Inviter will be counted towards the required 400 EUR amount;
- the reward shall be paid for the cross-currency transfer only.
3. Reward amounts and receiving process
The respective reward is to be credited to the Inviter for each qualified Invitee. There is no limit on the number of invitations, provided all the requirements of the Profee Referral Program are met. The reward amount for the Inviter is 20 EUR per every new Invitee. By default, the reward is credited to the bank card linked to the Inviter’s Profee Account. If the card is inaccessible or if the reward is not credited within 30 days after the Invitee sends the funds, the Inviter must contact Profee Customer Care by writing an email to help@profee.com to claim the reward or to resolve any possible issues.
Profee Referral Program requirements
The rewards can be credited to the Inviter only if all the requirements listed below are met:
4.1. The Inviter needs to be an active Profee user. 4.2. Destination country is one of the following:
- India
- Uzbekistan
- Kyrgyzstan
- Tajikistan
- Kenya
- Nigeria
- Philippines
- Brazil
- Pakistan
- Sri Lanka
- Nepal
- Kazakhstan
- Georgia
4.3. The Inviter should not violate any requirements or terms mentioned in the current document or any other Profee documents or guidelines. If any violations take place, the Inviter becomes ineligible for receiving the reward. These violations include, but are not limited to:
- Inviting fictitious people;
- Providing fake, outdated or misleading information, including personal data and documents;
- Initiating payment frauds, including the usage of bank cards issued for someone else;
- Using paid advertising options, including placements on advertising networks, to promote the personal referral link;
- Initiating any sort of suspicious activity when using Profee.
4.4. While the Inviter’s account is blocked, the Inviter is ineligible for the reward. To resolve the issue, the Inviter must contact Profee Customer Care by writing an email to help@profee.com.
4.5. The Invitee needs to complete a number of successful money transfers with Profee within 30 days after receiving the invitation link with an overall amount not less than 400 EUR, otherwise Inviter will not receive the reward.
4.6. The Invitee should not violate any requirements or terms mentioned in the current document or any other Profee documents or guidelines. If any violations take place, the Inviter cannot receive the reward. These violations include, but are not limited to:
- Providing fake, outdated or misleading information, including personal data and documents;
- Connections/relations to any payment frauds, including the usage of bank cards issued for someone else;
- Initiating any sort of suspicious activity when using Profee.
4.7. While the Invitee’s account is blocked, Inviter cannot receive the reward. To resolve the issue, the Invitee must contact Profee Customer Care by writing an email to help@profee.com.
4.8. We reserve the right to ask the Inviter and Invitee for all necessary Know Your Customer related documentation to comply with our Know Your Customer obligations and protect against fraud, ML/CT, at any given time.
4.9. We reserve the right to alter, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time.
4.10. This document does not affect the general Terms and Conditions and User Agreement of Profee, which are found on the website and are binding and can be read alongside this Document.
