To qualify for the reward, the sender must:
- Be a new Profee user (not registered before).
- Have an active, not blocked, account.
- Be a resident of the EU, the UK.

Profee is currently available only to EU, UK residents.

Do recipients need to register?
No. Recipients don’t need a Profee account — the money and their Rs 1600 reward are delivered to the same bank account or mobile wallet (Easypaisa or Jazzcash) used to receive the sender’s first transfer.

When will the reward be paid?
The reward will be paid within 30 days after all promotion conditions are met.
Where is the referral reward credited?
The €5 reward for the sender is, by default, credited to the bank card used for their latest transfer made within 30 days. If the card is unavailable or the reward is not received within 30 days, please contact Profee Customer Care.
