Profee retains this amount as a foreign exchange processing fee to protect against exchange rate fluctuations ### Issuing fee A fee charged by the Company when the customer asks to issue a payment card ### Maintaining the account The company operates the account for use by customer ### Providing a pre-paid card The account provider provides a payment card linked to the customer’s account. The amount of each transaction made using the card is taken directly and in full from the customer’s account. The available balance on the payment card does not exceed the available balance on the account ### Topup Transfer of funds from outside the Profee ecosystem/network to load funds on your e-money account maintained with the Company (issuing of e-money) ### Wallet closing fee A fee charged by the Company upon the request received by a customer to close the account and terminate the business relationship.
