A promo currency exchange rate for local currencies will apply for the [first money transfer](https://www.profee.com/send-money/) to one of certain destinations: from any European country to Moldova or Romania and from the Czech Republic to Ukraine. ## How the promo rate works Profee’s loyal clients know that one of the service’s key advantages is its in-house monitoring system of currency exchange rate. This system makes cross-currency money transfers particularly beneficial for the recipients. Now when a new client makes the first transfer to one of the popular destinations – from the Czech Republic to Ukraine, or from Germany, Italy, France or another [European country to Moldova](https://www.profee.com/articles/transfer-money-from-europe-to-moldova-2023) or Romania – the exchange rate to Moldovan (MDL) or Romanian leus (RON) or Ukrainian hryvnias (UAH) will be even lower than that of Profee’s other transfers. Important highlight: the promo rate only applies to transfers to local currencies; the promo rate will not work for a transfer to a euro bank account. ## Special terms The promo rate will apply to all new customers’ first transfers to one of the above destinations. There is a limit of 500 EUR for the first transfer with the promo rate to Moldova or Romania. As for the first transfer to Ukraine, the limit is 300 EUR (or a little more than 7 000 CZK). The promo rate will apply regardless of the payment option: the money may be sent from a bank card, via Apple or Google Pay, or from a bank account (via SEPA, Sofort).
