To send money from Italy to Ukraine, create a Profee account, it takes a few minutes:

1. Sign up for Profee. Provide your full name, phone number, email address, nationality (Ukraine), current residential address in Italy, and date of birth.
2. Set the amount. Choose EUR as the currency you're sending and UAH or USD as the one your recipient gets. Profee converts it at the current exchange rate.

Transfer amounts start at 10 EUR and go up to 15,000 EUR (or equivalent). Your profile level and bank may affect the exact limit. If the amount you enter is too high, we’ll let you know before you confirm.

The fee depends on your payment and delivery method – it can be as low as 0%. You'll see exactly what you're paying before you confirm.

We sometimes share promo codes in emails and push notifications that bring the fee down to zero.

The details depend on how you're sending, but you'll always need the recipient's full name:

• Card transfers: full name and card number.
• Bank account transfers: full name, account number, and bank name.

The funds go directly to the recipient's card or bank account. They don't need a Profee profile. You can track the transfer in the app and we'll notify you when it goes through.
